This section is for information on where to place feedback for the FUSE products.  Feedback can include questions, general feedback, product issues or new product requirements.  Please be as detailed as possible with your posts, and we will address them as quickly as we can.  IONA support customers get additional benefits around issue tracking capabilities, e.g. guaranteed response times. 

For FUSE-specific product questions, new product requirements, and other feedback, please go the FUSE Forum .

Product Issues

  • Note:  Known issues for the FUSE products are posted in the "FUSE Release Notes":http://open.iona.com/documentation/ , if your issues are specific to an individual Apache project, then we encourage you to participate in the Apache community on the users mailing list and JIRA for that project. Otherwise please use the forum for FUSE-specific issues.
